Chocolate lovers tend to weigh less, study finds - Healthzone.ca

I'm 47 years old and two and a half years into turning around an unhealthy lifestyle. I was two hundred pounds overweight and had low energy and limited mobility. I see a nutritionist who helps me make small steps to improve my eating. I also have embraced fitness as a quick and foolproof way to combat many of the problems obesity caused me. I'm now very active and feel wonderfully healthy. Even though eating is a constant challenge, I'm having a lot of fun regaining the healthy body I had all but lost.

I live in a city on the Canadian prairies.
